With 15+ years of product management and team leadership experience across education, health tech, and climate tech, Tiana provides advice, coaching, facilitation, and hands-on product management to start-ups and established organizations. Her product management services include roadmap development, product-market fit assessment, MVP planning and management, and tech investment tradeoff considerations. She also is skilled at improving tech team effectiveness through team-building activities, process development, skills training, and team retreats. She can coach product managers, tech leaders, and entrepreneurs to further develop their skills and growth mindset. She has an engineering degree as one of the first graduates of Olin College of Engineering and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management. In her spare time, she serves on her town's Environmental Sustainability Committee in community education and waste reduction initiatives. She lives outside of Boston, MA with her partner, kindergartener, and 3 cats.
