With 18 million climate jobs to fill globally—and only 1 in 8 people possessing the relevant skills—this gap is only growing.

Leafr was created to bridge this divide.

‍Our Story

‍
‍Leafr’s founders, Nick Valenzia and Gus Bartholomew, both came from consulting backgrounds and had experienced the climate skills gap firsthand. While leading sustainability projects, they encountered roadblocks—not from a lack of ambition, but from the inaccessibility of climate talent.

Frustrated by the inefficiencies, they created Leafr to democratise access to specialist consultants, giving companies a fast, effective way to find the right expertise at the right time. With Leafr, they’ve built a platform that ensures sustainability consultants can maximise their impact, helping businesses of all sizes hit their climate targets.
