Leading as the CEO and Co-Founder of the SUSTERA Foundation, Sanju has identified and addressed a key need for capacity building for passionate individuals and local bodies. Through initiatives like the Climate Leadership Program, over 300 youth leaders have been trained in areas such as Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Uttarakhand. Sanju's major goal is to foster enduring and positive environmental impact through innovative thinking, practical experience, and dedication to building a more sustainable and resilient world. Recognizing that tackling climate change requires behavioral change, Sanju's leadership has advanced a culture of innovation. This approach prompts a multidisciplinary team in executing projects focused on capacity building, climate communication, conservation, and fostering resilience. Sanju's responsibilities also include green job promotion, supporting vulnerable communities, and managing climate finance projects.
