Micaela is an Energy Analyst in the Advisory team at Aurora Energy Research in Madrid, Spain. She studied the MSc in Energy Systems at the University of Oxford with the fully-funded Weidenfeld and Hoffmann Scholarship. She graduated with Distinction and was awarded an academic award for the best dissertation in the area of Geography and Environmental Sciences. Micaela is an Oil and Gas Engineer who graduated with the academic distinction Summa Cum Laude from the Universidad Privada Boliviana. She previously worked as an Energy Modeling Analyst at Climate Compatible Growth, as a Research Assistant at the University of Oxford and Universidad Privada Boliviana, and did an internship at REPSOL - Bolivia.
