Her areas of expertise encompass climate change, health, computer and life sciences, with key attributes marked by openness, flexibility, and perseverance. Janine has successfully co-founded an AI software company, Coherent Knowledge, which aids businesses in automating decision making. She has also served as a senior scientist at the Environmental Defense Fund, where she cultivated a national recognition as an expert on climate change impacts and forest C sequestration, raising significant awareness of climate change and its potential impacts.
