James and his team are well-versed in integrating tools like SMS, IVR, and WhatsApp into day-to-day communications with smallholder farmers. Academically, James boasts a robust educational background with a BSc in Biology and an MSc in Environmental Policy from Imperial College London, attained in 2015.
