David's expertise is concentrated in the sectors of retail, sport, and public service. Previously, David was instrumental in shaping the Customer Strategy and Innovation team within Deloitte Digital, where he aided clients in fostering effective customer and digital strategies. He is well-versed in leading high-performance teams and managing multi-million dollar programs. David's skill set encompasses a diverse range of areas including climate advisory, net-zero strategy, circular economy strategy, digital strategy & transformation, and many others. He employs human-centred design and agile methodologies, and has strong capabilities in operating model design and program management.
