I work with you to:
An experienced climate scientist with years of experience in climate modeling for extreme events such as droughts, floods and heatwaves using both satellite observations and state-of-the-art climate modeling systems for regional and global numerical simulations. I also have expertise in hydrological climate data development from satellite retrievals and retrieval algorithm development, as well as combining these with modeled datasets using data assimilation and machine learning. Additionally, I work on climate predictions using information theory yielding rigorous results. I work with leading scientists from reputable institutions such as NASA, the European Space Agency (ESA) and the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) to solve challenging climate science problems. Furthermore, I collaborate with meteorological agencies around the world to translate high-level research solutions into operational services. I also offer training for climate modeling, statistical analysis and data interpretation. I am a cohost of one of the leading sustainability-based podcast, the Green Living Chats podcast, where we discuss issues on Sustainability with high level scientists and engineers from all around the world.
