I'm a Senior Service Designer and Design Researcher, deeply passionate about using design to drive forward positive change. I have experience across sectors (energy, financial services, retail, NHS, Government), both in-house and as a consultant. I have experience of leading teams across the design process. I have worked on highly complex products (especially in the energy technology space) and with large and complex organisations (in energy, retail and Government). I have supported organisations in enhancing user experiences and re-designing processes and I have also worked closely with product teams, on the day to day development of digital products. Prior to my career in service design, I spent over 10 years working in the energy sector in commercial roles covering market analysis, strategy, business development and operations. This experience has provided me with broad knowledge of the energy sector, as well as a valuable understanding of what drives business decisions.
