Adrian's primary focus has been smallholder agriculture in East Africa, although his achievements encompass diverse business areas, including operations, finance, and innovation, along with small business settings. Adrian is currently dedicating his time to personal entrepreneurial endeavors, notably providing freelance consulting services to multiple small businesses and charities, in addition to managing his farming enterprise. Capitalizing on his 8-year experience working with smallholder farmers, Adrian is eager to delve further into his farming pursuit.
